We are seeking Oregon or Washington-licensed contract attorneys to staff current document review projects. If you are one of the rare breed of attorneys who enjoys document review and you take exceptional pride in your work, we encourage you to contact us. Responsibilities
Review and code client documents in accordance with instructions
Timely communicate regarding questions, issues, or insights
Accurately track time spent on projects
Qualifications
JD from an accredited US law school
Licensed to practice in Oregon
Ability to work independently with little oversight
Proficiency with at least one document review platform
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
